Clara Favale, MA, RCST, BCST Certified Instructor

Clara Favale is a Physical Therapist with a Masters Degree. Her work with children and adults with traumatic injuries and disease led her to inquire more deeply into the nature of healing. This inquiry led her to study Craniosacral Therapy. She studied CST here in the states for 15 years until she heard about Franklyn Sills and his approach to the work which greatly inspired her. Thus began her journey with Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and her studies at the Karuna Institute in 2000. Clara’s background includes many different modalities of healing, having taught Physical Therapists continuing education in pre and post natal Physical Therapy, and having taken many BCST post graduate courses. She specializes in working with babies, children and adults of all ages with all degrees of challenges in her NYC based private practice. She is inspired daily by this work and is humbled by the vast nature of the human experience and the luminous spirit which unfolds as healing occurs.

Christina Morrow, RCST, BCST Certified Instructor

Christina has been studying Craniosacral Biodynamics and Somatic Experiencing since 1999. She began her training at the Kiental School in Switzerland and the American School of Energy Therapy and has continued developing these skills through a seven year mentorship with Franklyn Sills as one of the founding members of the Stillpoint School in New York City. Trauma resolution and resilience has been an area of special focus for Christina. For the past 15 years, through a program of intensive study and training, training assistance and mentorship with talented teachers such as Diane Poole Heller, Raja Selvam and Peter Levine, Christina has gained an in-depth understanding of appropriate strategies for addressing early attachment issues and many other specific, and complex, types of trauma. At the same time, Christina’s experience with Craniosacral Biodynamics has taught her that cranial sacral therapy engages a vast and compassionate holding space that supports deep and lasting work with clients. She believes that the combination of cranial sacral bodywork with the techniques of Somatic Experiencing allows the therapist and client to access deeper, more subtle, layers of experience and to resolve obsolete patterns and traumas that have been experienced throughout life, from before birth to old age.
